Podcast via Elgg
At last I have managed to find the time to get round to podcasting. I used the Elgg file store that has a dedicated RSS feed and Amadeaus II to record and save the MP3 file.
This is the RSS feed http://elgg.net/stephenp/files/rss/ and hopefully I will now be able to develop some meaningful casts, this one simply explains some of what I have done and why - very much a first attempt!

Did you read your podcast? It sounded read, which is totally unpodcast stylee. Good to see you trying it out though!

I’m reassured to know that you felt nervous podcasting initially too, Stephen - I found it difficult to think of anything to say at all (maybe next time at BETT you could give poor, unsuspecting Ultraversity researchers a script please… ;-))
